Our client, a prominent plaintiff-side law firm is seeking a motivated Associate Attorney to join its Employment Litigation team. This role offers the opportunity to represent employees in high-impact workplace matters while working in a supportive and collaborative environment.

Responsibilities:

• Handle all aspects of employment litigation, including case intake, discovery, motion practice, depositions, mediation, and trial preparation.

• Draft and argue motions, pleadings, and discovery responses.

• Advocate for clients in state and federal court proceedings.

• Collaborate with partners and team members to develop case strategy.

Qualifications:

• J.D. from an accredited law school and active membership in good standing with the state bar.

• 3+years of litigation experience, preferably in employment or civil rights law.

• Strong legal research, writing, and oral advocacy skills.

• Ability to manage a caseload independently while contributing to a team-oriented practice.

• Commitment to advancing employee rights and justice in the workplace.
