Our client, a boutique plaintiff’s litigation firm is seeking a motivated Associate Attorney to join its dynamic and growing practice. The firm represents individuals in catastrophic injury, wrongful death, employment, tenant-side landlord-tenant, and civil rights matters. This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious attorney who wants hands-on litigation and courtroom experience while making a tangible difference for victims of civil injustice.
Responsibilities:

Manage cases from inception through resolution, including discovery, motion practice, depositions, and trial preparation.

Draft pleadings, briefs, discovery responses, and correspondence.

Conduct legal research and develop case strategies under partner supervision.

Communicate with clients, experts, and opposing counsel in a professional and empathetic manner.

Attend hearings, mediations, and depositions; trial experience is a plus but not required.
Qualifications:
-
J.D. from an accredited law school and active California Bar membership in good standing.

2–10 years of civil litigation experience (plaintiff or defense).

Strong writing, research, and advocacy skills.

A passion for social justice and client advocacy.

Desire for significant courtroom exposure and responsibility early in your career.
