**Fully Remote employment litigation opportunity available in the LA/OC Area**

Employment Litigation Attorney (3–7 Years) – Fully Remote

Our client, a growing boutique litigation firm is seeking a skilled Employment Litigation Attorney with 3 to 7 years of experience to join its dynamic team. This is a fully remote role offering flexibility, autonomy, and the opportunity to work on complex employment matters in a collaborative and supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Independently manage a caseload of employment litigation matters from inception through resolution.

  • Draft pleadings, motions, discovery requests/responses, and legal briefs.

  • Conduct depositions, mediations, and court appearances (virtually or as needed).

  • Advise and defend employers in matters involving discrimination, harassment, retaliation, wage and hour claims, and wrongful termination.

  • Provide counsel on risk management, compliance, and employment practices.

  • Participate in strategic planning and client communications.

Qualifications:

  • J.D. from an accredited law school and active bar membership in at least one U.S. jurisdiction.

  • 3–7 years of experience in employment litigation, preferably on the defense side.

  • Strong writing, research, and oral advocacy skills.

  • Ability to manage deadlines, prioritize effectively, and work independently in a remote setting.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with wage and hour class or collective actions

  • Experience with federal and state employment laws (FLSA, Title VII, ADA, FMLA, etc.).
