Employment Litigation Attorney (3–7 Years) – Fully Remote
Our client, a growing boutique litigation firm is seeking a skilled Employment Litigation Attorney with 3 to 7 years of experience to join its dynamic team. This is a fully remote role offering flexibility, autonomy, and the opportunity to work on complex employment matters in a collaborative and supportive environment.
Key Responsibilities:

Independently manage a caseload of employment litigation matters from inception through resolution.

Draft pleadings, motions, discovery requests/responses, and legal briefs.

Conduct depositions, mediations, and court appearances (virtually or as needed).

Advise and defend employers in matters involving discrimination, harassment, retaliation, wage and hour claims, and wrongful termination.

Provide counsel on risk management, compliance, and employment practices.

Participate in strategic planning and client communications.
Qualifications:

J.D. from an accredited law school and active bar membership in at least one U.S. jurisdiction.

3–7 years of experience in employment litigation, preferably on the defense side.

Strong writing, research, and oral advocacy skills.

Ability to manage deadlines, prioritize effectively, and work independently in a remote setting.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with wage and hour class or collective actions
- Experience with federal and state employment laws (FLSA, Title VII, ADA, FMLA, etc.).
