Salary: $230,000.00 - $310,000.00 per year
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Advise clients on diverse real estate matters including acquisitions, dispositions, debt financing, joint ventures, development projects, and leasing.
- Draft and negotiate complex real estate agreements to align with client objectives.
- Handle legal aspects of real estate financing, with an emphasis on borrower-side transactions.
- Engage actively in the due diligence processes and provide strategic advice.
- Collaborate with a dynamic team to manage case preparations and represent clients in negotiations and transactions.
- Contribute to the development of practice resources, participate in client seminars and training.
Minimum Position Qualifications:
- JD from a top-tier law school with a strong academic record.
- Bar Admission in Florida.
- Minimum 3 years of substantive experience in sophisticated real estate transactions.
- Proven experience in large law firm settings.
- Exceptional writing and communication skills.
- Proven track record of managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
