Associate Account Manager
As an Associate Account Manager, you will partner with Account Managers prospecting new product opportunities and offer solutions to meet power needs. You’ll work with the best general, business and commercial aviation customers from all over the world. To be successful in this role, you’ll ensure continual growth across all our product lines and markets with Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) and Defense, while providing a top-notch customer experience. You’ll be part of the reason our customers consider us a premier instrument, avionics, and aircraft power solutions provider.
THIS POSITION MAY BE FOR YOU IF…
• You have a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field.
• You have a minimum 1-year aviation experience
• You have experience in relationship building and providing superior customer service.
• You have experience with project/program management.
• You have excellent presentation skills.
• You are proficient with CRM and Microsoft Office.
• You have strong attention to detail.
• You are organized, focused, and results oriented.
• You are a problem-solver with critical thinking and prioritizing skills.
• You are a people person and have excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills.
WE WOULD REALLY LIKE IT IF… (but it’s not a deal breaker)
• You have exposure to aviation electrical and avionics systems.
• You hold a Private Pilot’s License, Airframe and Powerplant License, or similar certification in the aviation
field.

• Provide sales support to Account Managers in prospecting new opportunities for our products and services
• Develop and manage contract and project activities to ensure the program milestones and objectives are being met
• Review, analyze and provide regular data driven, professional account reviews for all assigned customer accounts
• Manage customer inquiries, requests and issues using CRM system
• Assist in the generation of client-focused presentations and RFQ responses
• Advocate for customers by capturing and sharing product and service requests and other feedback
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure compliance with customer requirements
• Understand customer requirements to provide real, effective solutions
• Maintain and report on established customer backlogs and other field market metrics
• Travel up to 20% to meet customer needs
