Key Responsibilities:

• Direct all day-to-day operations of the community, ensuring the delivery of the highest standard of care and service

• Drive occupancy and financial performance through strategic planning and community outreach

• Lead with servant leadership, emphasizing service to residents, family members, and employees

• Select, train, and mentor staff while fostering a culture of teamwork, accountability, and professional growth

• Ensure regulatory compliance in Assisted Living and Memory Care operations

• Resolve resident, family, staff, and operational concerns efficiently and professionally

• Provide regular reporting of operational performance to the ownership team

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a senior living, healthcare, or hospitality leadership role

• Proven success managing operations in assisted living, memory care, or similar environments

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Hospitality, Gerontology, or related field preferred

• Ability to receive and act on direct feedback in a performance-oriented culture

• Experience leading in a turnaround or growth-oriented setting is a plus
