$135,000 – $150,000 annual salary + Quarterly Performance Bonuses

Key Responsibilities:

Direct all day-to-day operations of the community, ensuring the delivery of the highest standard of care and service

Drive occupancy and financial performance through strategic planning and community outreach

Lead with servant leadership, emphasizing service to residents, family members, and employees

Select, train, and mentor staff while fostering a culture of teamwork, accountability, and professional growth

Ensure regulatory compliance in Assisted Living and Memory Care operations

Resolve resident, family, staff, and operational concerns efficiently and professionally

Provide regular reporting of operational performance to the ownership team
Qualifications:

Minimum of 5 years of experience in a senior living, healthcare, or hospitality leadership role

Proven success managing operations in assisted living, memory care, or similar environments

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Hospitality, Gerontology, or related field preferred

Ability to receive and act on direct feedback in a performance-oriented culture

Experience leading in a turnaround or growth-oriented setting is a plus
