Job Summary:

We are seeking a dependable and hardworking General Labor Worker with construction experience to support daily job site operations. This role involves assisting with a variety of physical tasks, maintaining a safe and organized work environment, and supporting skilled trades as needed. The ideal candidate is reliable, safety-conscious, and comfortable working in fast-paced, physically demanding environments.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform general labor duties on construction sites, including loading/unloading materials and site cleanup.

Assist skilled trades (carpenters, electricians, welders, etc.) with tools, materials, and job site preparation.

Operate basic hand and power tools safely and effectively.

Follow instructions from supervisors and adhere to project timelines.

Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.

Assist with measuring, cutting, and assembling materials as needed.

Move materials, equipment, and supplies across the job site.

Follow all OSHA and company safety guidelines.

Perform demolition, digging, or site preparation tasks as required.

Qualifications:

Previous construction or general labor experience required.

Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physically demanding work for extended periods.

Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, and construction equipment.

Strong work ethic and reliability (good attendance and punctuality).

Ability to follow directions and work independently or as part of a team.

Basic understanding of construction safety practices.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience operating forklifts or heavy equipment.

Ability to read basic blueprints or measurements.

OSHA certification (a plus).

Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
