Job Description
This Texas-based development and construction firm with a 40-year history, seeks an experienced assistant superintendent who can hit the ground running on for an upcoming project. They specialize in multifamily, single-family, retail and commercial construction projects across their multi-state footprint.
The assistant superintendent will need to lead with integrity and transparency and have expert knowledge of building construction materials, systems, market conditions and trade practices. They will need to have exceptional verbal and written communication skills. Requirements for Assistant Superintendent:
- 5+ years’ assistant superintendent experience
- Extensive multifamily project builds preferred
- Very little to no travel required
- Local project experience is a plus
- First project will be a garden style project
