Assistant Superintendent Position Requirements:

• 1 to 5 years’ commercial multifamily construction in an Assistant Superintendent role
• Proficient in Bluebeam, Procore, ConstructConnect, Excel
• Ability to read plans, specifications, and schedules
• Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills
• Knowledge of OSHA/HAZCOM and site safety protocols
• Bachelor’s in Engineering, Architecture, or Construction Management
• Motivated self-starter with eagerness to learn and take initiative
• Detail-oriented, flexible, collaborative, and solutions-driven
