Salary: $80-100K

Primary responsibilities of the job include:

Managing the construction of commercial construction projects
Demonstrating excellent written and oral communication skills
Providing strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Providing hands-on work to facilitate projects

A successful candidate will possess the following:

1-2 years of experience as in commercial construction
Strong leadership and management skills
A desire to help the company continue to grow, a positive attitude, and be a self-starter
Ability to read a set of plans
Project are from $400K-10 mil
