Our client is a 300-bed not-for-profit community medical center, offering a full spectrum of inpatient and outpatient healthcare services.

They are looking for an exceptional dedicated nurse leader to help shape their healthcare in the community they serve.

The Clinical Manager of the Medical Surgical will coordinate the assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of the provisions of nursing care in the work unit including staffing and scheduling, monitoring staff performance, providing staff education, implementing and directing QI functions, and participating in unit budget preparation and management. The Med Surg Assistant Manager acts as a liaison between customers, nursing staff, medical staff, and ancillary departments. The Assistant Manager Medical Surgical assumes accountability for continuity of services.

Requirements:

·        BSN

·        Current RN License in NY

·        3+ years experience in Med Surg
