The role you play:
  • The average work week is 40-50 hours.
  • You will provide leadership to operations staff.
  • You will manage the coordination of drivers, vehicles, and routes.
  • You will manage the day-to-day operations of the site.
  • Coach, recruit, and develop a team.
  • Provide ongoing assistance to schools regarding general transportation issues.
  • Liaise between schools, boards, and drivers.
Background Profile:
  • You have 5 years of managing a staff of 5 or more.
  • You have 3-5 years of logistic or transportation experience.
  • Bachelor's degree is preferred.
  • You have problem-solving experience.
  • You have knowledge of basic Microsoft Excel.
  • You have the ability to communicate effectively within all levels of the organization and with external customers.
