Our client is a not-for-profit healthcare organization affiliated with one of the top health systems in the United States.

To meet the growing needs of the community, they opened a new 241+bed hospital in less than 10 years ago.

The hospital is designed with advanced earthquake technology and has one of the best payer mixes in CA.

They have an opening for a true "A" player to spearhead their dynamic ICU department.

This is an evening shift position. The Assistant Nurse Manager (ANM) ICU is accountable for the delivery of high quality nursing care as well as the clinical management of their assigned shift and unit in ICU. This position is also responsible for the day to day management of the unit/shift, interviewing, hiring of new employees as well as employee development, evaluations and counseling.

Qualifications:

• Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the State of California.
• Minimum of Bachelor’s degree in Nursing or other related health care field.
• Demonstrated current clinical competency in Critical Care Region with a minimum of three years of charge nurse experience required. Supervisory/management experience preferred.
• Current ACLS and BLS.
