A premier lifestyle community in Hilton Head, SC, is seeking an outgoing and highly communicative Assistant General Manager to lead this property with a multitude of events and activities. With a wide range of amenities offered, it's guaranteed that every day will feel like an escape. We're talking HOA property management, restaurants, entertainment venues, banquet facilities, a private beach club, and resort-style recreation.

This organization has multiple locations across the country, providing tremendous opportunities for continued development and growth, both in this role and beyond.

Base Salary: $100,000-$105,000 plus bonus potential, great benefits, & 401K
Relocation Assistance Provided on a case-by-case basis

Key Skills
  • Multi-Departmental Coordination: Synchronizing F&B and recreation across large-scale operations.
  • Financial Analysis: Managing multi-million dollar budgets and maximizing RevPAR through strategic oversight.
  • Crisis Leadership: Resolving high-stakes guest issues and operational emergencies with speed and composure.
  • Labor Management: Leading and developing diverse, high-volume teams to maintain luxury service standards.
Qualifications
  • Education: Degree in Hospitality Management, Business, or a related field.
  • Experience: 5–7 years of progressive leadership in high-volume, 400+ room resorts.
  • Certifications: Industry credentials such as CHA (Certified Hotel Administrator) preferred.
  • Technical Expertise: Advanced proficiency in Property Management Systems (PMS) and safety compliance.
