Our client, a large clean and carbon-free energy generating company, is looking to fill the role of Assistant General Counsel– Supply Chain. The position offers the successful candidate the opportunity to handle all supply and procurement matters across the company. The position is fully remote.

What you’ll do:
- Handle all supply chain and procurement issues
- Analyze and advise on business risks associated with procurement function
- Develop new ideas to improve supply chain function across the company
- Review and draft procurement documents and agreements
- Work closely with and provide legal guidance to internal clients
- Provide clients with risk assessments and solutions
- Manage outside counsel
What you will need:
- JD Degree from accredited law school
- Licensed to practice law in relevant jurisdiction
- At least 5-8 years’ relevant legal experience drafting and negotiating commercial contracts including IT, software, and industrial services contracts
- Excellent communications and legal research and analysis skills
