Assistant Electrical Healthcare Leader/ Project Manager

The RMH Group is looking for a motivated electrical engineer interested in a fast-track to a leadership role. In this role, the engineer will work closely with and be mentored by the electrical healthcare leader, and with demonstrated ability will be well positioned to grow into a leadership role for the healthcare group as part of companywide succession planning.
The engineer should have extensive experience designing complex electrical power systems and lighting systems for healthcare projects. In this role, the individual will assist as the technical lead and project manager on healthcare electrical projects. They will be working closely with clients in delivering the design, assisting as the client manager, mentoring/training junior engineers, and taking charge as the project manager from conception to completion. The responsibilities of this role will gradually increase as the individual is mentored to take on additional leadership capabilities within the company.
The RMH Group is a leader in healthcare projects, working with key clients in the region such as Children’s Hospital Colorado, University of Colorado Health, Advent Health, and CommonSpirit Health. Projects are varied and interesting, including smaller improvements like an x-ray room or clinic upgrade, as well as larger greenfield hospital designs, major tower additions and new specialty clinics. RMH Group designs the entire electrical, mechanical, and plumbing components for their projects from conception to completion and is the most experienced consultant in the region utilizing the integrated project delivery method. Projects are regionally based within Colorado with very little travel required for this position.
The RMH Group provides an extremely flexible working environment. Hybrid schedules are encouraged with a minimum of 3 days in the office, and flex work hours can optimize work-life balance. Salary Range: $140,000 - $157,000 /year – Actual compensation may vary due to other factors such as: experience, skill set and location.

Requirements:
• BS in Electrical Engineering, Architectural Engineering or related engineering discipline
• Licensed Professional Engineer
• 15+ years of experience
• Experience in electrical power systems and lighting systems for healthcare projects
• Strong communication skills
