Our client is a 5* Chain Hotel with 300+ Rooms and 8 F&B Outlets.
Please note that this position is available for Indonesian Nationals only.
Profile
• 5* & city hotel experience
• Strong luxury foundation in internationally branded properties
• Previous #1 experience not a must, also a strong current #2 would be considered
• Strong understanding of MICE market landscape
• Good knowledge in handling small up to large event
• Well connected with corporate accounts, event organizers, and industry networks
• Familiar with budget, sales reports, target and market segments
• Excellent English both oral and written
• Familiar with Sales Strategy, Sales Plan and Yield Management
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Professional, proactive, and commercially minded
• Strong leadership and team player at the same time
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Wide network of contacts
• Able to work under pressure
• Positive attitude
• Strong work ethic
• Computer literate
• Result oriented
