Our Client is a superb 5* international chain resort with +/- 100 villas in Maldives.
This role will be reporting to the Director of F&B.

Profile
• Minimum of 3 year degree
• Leisure resort, small to medium size operation experience
• Maldives/Asia/remote location experience will be a plus
• Experience in the same position or similar role
• Passionate about Food, Beverages and the hospitality industry
• Fluent in English both written and spoken
• Well presented, sociable, outgoing pleasant personality
• Ability to communicate with all levels of personnel and guests
• Ability to multi-task & learn quickly
• Strong attention to detail and team player
• Ability to problem solve and resolve complaints in an efficient, professional and courteous manner
• Must be able to complete duties in a timely manner and be able to function in a fast paced environment
• Computer literate
• Strong guest contact
• Strong leadership skills and result oriented
• Well organized, energetic, hands-on and able to work independently
• Hard working and able to work efficiently under pressure
• Creative, energetic and positive individual
• Flexible working hours
