Our client is a luxury 5* high-end Hotel located in Bangkok, Thailand. Hotel is part of a large worldwide chain.

Title of Position: Assistant Director of Engineering

Package: 110,000 - 130,000 Baht

Benefits: The position offers a Local package with all the usual benefits.

Key Qualifications (for internal use):

• Strong command of English and a polished international appearance, preferably with experience in a 5-star or luxury hotel setting.
• Open to both local and expatriate candidates.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in a luxury establishment in a similar role.
• Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills.
• A minimum of a bachelor’s degree in Engineering
• Ability to handle challenging tasks and situations.
• Timeline focused and organized.
• Positive and motivated to take the department to the next level.
• Detail-oriented.
• Strategic agility
