Your role with the company:
• This organization has recently had undergone some changes at the corporate strategy level, aligning with a new
commerce environment and strengthening their position for the future. They need a strong leader to step into
this Director-level role and help guide this team towards success. You will have a high degree of autonomy to
complete your objectives.
• Oversee and assist in the preparation of the Company’s financial reports on Forms 10-Q and 10-K and other SEC
filings. Ensure SOX compliance and documentation.
• Partner with C-Suite in preparing the Quarterly Earnings Releases
• Lead a team of 4 Direct Reports and 16 Indirect encompassing the Shared Services and Credit Departments
• Prepare and conduct strategic planning and forecasting for Budgets, Compliance, and Staffing
• Serve as key support to Corporate Controller, profit center managers and other financial leads for all business
units resolving accounting issues including implanting new processes and procedures.
Background Profile:
• Government reporting/filing experience
• Leadership and Management experience is highly necessary for this role
• Technical skills are a must – CRM/SAP/D365 can be taught.
• Accounting and Finance knowledge is a must – Manufacturing and Retail experience is a plus
• SEC Experience is Highly Preferred
