Our client is seeking an empathetic yet results-driven Production Supervisor to lead the people side of the operation. You’ll play a key role in fostering a positive team culture, mentoring employees, optimizing workflows, and ensuring consistent quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of up to 25 employees to drive performance and growth
• Foster a positive, inclusive culture that enhances engagement and reduces turnover
• Manage performance through clear expectations, regular feedback, and reviews
• Resolve employee concerns with fairness and professionalism
• Champion workplace safety by enforcing protocols and leading training initiatives
• Oversee onboarding and training, ensuring alignment with SOPs and company standards
• Plan and assign work based on team strengths and operational needs
• Monitor daily production to meet targets and maintain accurate reporting

Qualifications

• 2+ years of supervisory or team leadership experience in a manufacturing or production environment
• Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate, and develop a diverse team
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience in conflict resolution and employee relations
• High school diploma or equivalent (post-secondary education in business or engineering is an asset)
