We are looking for an Asset Manager to join our clients fast growing team.
Our client based in Cape Town has the biggest impact for Asset Managers, comes from leveraging data and advanced analytics to improve their distribution and marketing effectiveness, building efficient investment operations with end-to-end automation, driving portfolio investment decisions through intelligent algorithms/signals and deploying a suite of marketing analytics solutions for digital transformation.

Essential Functions
- Asset & Inventory Management (Validation and ask respective team to update the database on regular basis)
- FAR reconciliation procured wise / deployed wise as and when required
- Keeping track on RFH Assets (Desktop/Laptop/TFT/JIO Dongles)
- Business Operations
- All Technology Sub-Functions.
- EXL Internal / External Audit Teams.
- Client Teams – especially Client Technology Teams.
- External Vendors – Primarily for Service Desk Management.
- Good understanding of Networking, Systems, Voice, and business applications.
- Ability to interface and communicate at all levels within EXL and Client organizations.
- Understanding Enterprise Business Processes, IT Process, Service Delivery is vital.
- Working knowledge of MS office, MS Project, and Visio.
- Good presentation and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent problem-solving skills in a cross functional environment
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Strong customer service orientation ability to connect with global customers and work with Global teams.
- Good listening and consultative skills.
- Graduate, Preference for B.E
- B.Tech with industry recognized certifications like ITIL/ ITSM.
- Bcom or relevant degree
- Minimum 1-year relevant experience in Asset Management/ IT Software Management
- Willingness to work in a 24 x 7 environment.
