Requirements:

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, clear speaking voice
  • Intermediate computer skills to include MS Windows, Word, Excel, and Outlook with the ability to effectively learn and navigate proprietary service call management systems.
  • Excellent multi-tasking capabilities with the ability to identify potential challenges in a timely manner and develop and implement appropriate resolutions.

Duties include but are not limited to:
Planning Resources
· Work with customer and internal team to understand scope, customer’s objective, timeline, internal budgets, equipment needs, documentation and resource needs to be successful. Clearly communicate to all parties regarding milestones, updates, changes and progress.

Assemble and Lead Project Teams
· Lead internal meetings to communicate
· qualifications required for technical field leads and field technicians
· special instructions for warehouse and shipment needs
· financial requirements including particular invoicing instructions and delivery requests

Time Management
· Define and layout schedule that satisfies customer’s deadline
· Work with customer for deadline updates due to external constraints, i.e. equipment, 3rd party support, etc.
· Communicate all plans and changes to all stakeholders

Budget
· Understand internal costs for resource allocations, travel labor, flight expense, etc.
· Be sure to use resource efficiently to minimize overall project costs

Quality and Satisfaction
· Listen to stakeholders for feedback to be sure customer’s expectations are being met (preferably exceeded)
· Digest all feedback and equate to process improvements or communicate the need for improvement to other departments
· Keep constant communication with customer and relay back internally

Manage Issues & Risk
· Respond quickly to issues, reach out to appropriate parties for support and communicate resolution to customer
· Identify risks and set action plans to overcome

Monitor Progress
· Review status report of project to identify problem areas and opportunity for improvement
· Communicate with internal and external stakeholders regarding processes and improvements

Reporting and Documentation
· Ensure documentation from the field is being completed and uploaded to shared space for customer review within specified timeframe
· Provide internal update for overview of project status
