Area HR Operations Leader


P&C(People&Culture) Operations is responsible for delivering consistent, relevant, high-quality P&C services to all employees that require on-site support, in alignment with global initiatives directed by the CoE. The Area P&C Operations Manager supervises a portfolio of regional locations and leads the local P&C generalist cons, providing oversight and escalation support as needed. They are also responsible for ensuring the successful delivery of P&C initiatives within the locations under their purview and providing analytical support to P&C BPs and CoE to garner location-specific and regional insights.


  • Provide P&C leadership to a portfolio of locations, directly managing P&C Operations OnSite leaders
  • Manage the talent development of P&C Operations On-Site leaders
  • Impart effective guidance to P&C Operations On-Site leaders relating to employee concerns and inquiries, development opportunities and performance management
  • Provide escalation support on P&C complex employee relations issues and employee inquiries that cannot be fully resolved by P&C Operations On-Site Leaders or which impact multiple locations
  • Work closely with P&C BPs to evaluate talent gaps at the regional level and effectiveness of recruiting initiatives at the location level, as well as to develop innovative ways to meet region’s evolving recruiting needs
  • Share input into and oversee execution of a globally defined delivery plan for P&C initiatives in conjunction with the P&C BPs and Global P&C Operations Lead
  • Contribute to the development, review and continuous improvement of Global P&C processes Support employees and managers in the adoption and continued use of self-services, serving as an escalation point on policy interpretation to ensure consistency and quality
  • Support the P&C BPs in refining global P&C programs to suit the needs of the location and/or region while ensuring consistency
  • Review reports provided by Managed Services, share local insights and operational context to Global P&C Ops Lead and P&C BPs for programmatic and delivery plan refinement
  • Support ongoing vendor management activities, in collaboration with P&C BPs and Procurement where appropriate
  • Oversee local P&C operational compliance, including SOX control compliance regular audits and government reporting requirements
  • Manage process escalations for payroll - time collection, approval and administration process, as required

  • 4-8 years of relevant experience
  • Strong background in HR service and program delivery
  • Solid understanding of HR practices and processes
  • Sound knowledge and comprehension of relevant employment law and policy
  • Clear understanding of relevant compliance requirements and regulations
  • People management and development experience
  • High proficiency in HR reporting and analytics


  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or related field required


  • Relevant HR & Change Management certifications
