Job Title: Area Director – New York City

• This is a newly created, high-impact leadership opportunity overseeing two luxury jewelry boutiques in New York City for a rapidly growing brand. This role was created to elevate performance, strengthen teams, and deliver best-in-class client experiences.

• In this role, you will partner closely with store leadership to drive revenue growth, coach and inspire teams, and ensure operational excellence across multiple locations.

• The ideal candidate is a commercially savvy luxury retail executive who combines a love for product, storytelling, and luxury selling ceremony with a proven track record of improving businesses into thriving, client-centric environments.

The Area Director will be based in New York City, with day-to-day presence across two high-volume locations.

• Reports directly to the Senior Retail Executive with high visibility to NY-based company executives and investors
• Works alongside passionate, product-driven teams committed to artistry, storytelling, and delivering exceptional client care.

• This is a hands-on leadership role — the Area Director must be equally comfortable on the sales floor leading an exceptional client journey as in strategy meetings with key stakeholders.

Ideal Candidate Profile:
• 7–10+ years in luxury or fine jewelry retail leadership (multi-store strongly preferred)
• Strong record of turning around performance and building high-performing teams, including supervision of Store Managers
• Skilled in coaching, talent development, and operational excellence
• Deep appreciation for luxury product and storytelling-driven selling
• Agile, adaptable, and willing to “roll up sleeves” to deliver results
