Our client has been in the general contracting, design build and construction management business for over 60 years. Primary responsibilities of the job include:

  • Ensuring structural integrity by designing, analyzing and testing of systems and materials
  • Must have experience with projects from $5 - $20 million in size
  • Assist with design/build, troubleshooting project issues regarding mechanical, electrical, and networking

A successful candidate will possess the following:

  • 3-5 construction management experience in general contracting, CMR and Design/Build
  • Background in mechanical, electrical, and networking construction
  • 4-year degree in construction management or equivalent experience
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with site personnel, administration, and customers

Salary Range: $70-100K
