Job Description:

The Architectural Draftsman will be responsible for preparing detailed architectural drawings and plans that meet the specifications and requirements of various projects. This role demands a strong proficiency in AutoCAD, with familiarity in Revit being a plus. The successful candidate will work closely with architects, engineers, and other team members to ensure the accurate and timely completion of drafting assignments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drafting and Detailing: Prepare detailed architectural drawings, plans, and blueprints using AutoCAD, ensuring accuracy and adherence to project specifications and standards.
• Collaboration: Work closely with architects, engineers, and other team members to understand project requirements and translate them into precise technical drawings.
• Revisions and Updates: Revise and update drawings as needed based on feedback from architects, clients, and construction teams.
• Quality Control: Ensure all drawings are complete, accurate, and comply with industry standards and company guidelines.
• Documentation: Maintain organized records of drawings, plans, and related documents for easy access and reference.
• Technical Support: Provide technical support and assistance to the project team during the design and construction phases.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in architectural drafting.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD is required.
• Familiarity with Revit is preferred but not mandatory.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Knowledge of architectural standards, building codes, and construction methods.
