Architectural Designer

Key Responsibilities

• Internally lead, perform, and document architectural conceptual and schematic design, design development, construction documentation, and construction administration duties.
• Develop project visualizations, renderings, storyboards, materials boards, and other presentation materials.
• Prepare for and participate in project team interviews for client pursuits, including proposal development and support.
• Design and build models in Revit, prepare construction documents, and assist in guiding others’ designs and models.
• Research building materials and create technical details while applying knowledge of constructability and building sciences.
• Create, review, and develop project specifications, project manuals, bid forms, and general conditions documentations.
• Build personal and company brand recognition by attending client meetings and industry events.

Preferred Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience working at an architecture firm.
• Professionally accredited degree in Architecture is strongly preferred.
• Fluency in design tools such as Revit, AutoCAD, SketchUp, Lumion, Bluebeam, and/or Adobe Creative Suite.
