Salary: $125,000 per year

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Lead a team of four in the Applications Department, ensuring effective management and team development.
• Coordinate technical applications across sales and engineering departments to facilitate seamless project execution.
• Report directly to the Director of Engineering, providing updates and strategic insights on department performance and challenges.
• Develop strategic plans for the department to align with overall company goals and innovate application processes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance product design and functionality based on customer feedback and market trends.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards in all technical documentation and application procedures.

Minimum Position Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Prior experience in a leadership role managing direct or indirect reports in an engineering environment.
• Proven track record in applications engineering with an Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM).
• Competency in reading, interpreting, and making modifications to 2D engineering drawings.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to manage complex projects under tight deadlines.
