Salary: $125,000 per year
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of four in the Applications Department, ensuring effective management and team development.
- Coordinate technical applications across sales and engineering departments to facilitate seamless project execution.
- Report directly to the Director of Engineering, providing updates and strategic insights on department performance and challenges.
- Develop strategic plans for the department to align with overall company goals and innovate application processes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance product design and functionality based on customer feedback and market trends.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards in all technical documentation and application procedures.
Minimum Position Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Prior experience in a leadership role managing direct or indirect reports in an engineering environment.
- Proven track record in applications engineering with an Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM).
- Competency in reading, interpreting, and making modifications to 2D engineering drawings.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to manage complex projects under tight deadlines.

- Advanced degree in engineering or business management.
- Experience in strategic planning and execution within engineering departments.
- Robust understanding of the latest industry trends and technology advancements in OEM machine design.
