Hiring: Field-Based Robotics Application Engineer – California (West Coast)
Compensation: $100K-$140K (Experience Based)

A cutting-edge robotics company is looking for a Field-Based Robotics Application Engineer to support customers across the Western U.S. and Mexico. 🔧 Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver pre-sales technical support, including on-site product demos and customer consultations

• Act as the primary technical contact during the sales process, addressing questions and objections

• Prepare detailed technical proposals and quotations based on customer specs

• Collaborate with sales teams to align solutions with customer needs

• Provide technical insights to assist in deal negotiations and closings

• Troubleshoot systems and provide field-based support post-sale

• Travel frequently to customer sites across the western U.S. and Mexico

• Program and integrate automation systems, with knowledge of PLCs and robotics platforms

• Communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences

• Represent the brand with professionalism and strong customer presence

💡 Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s in Robotics, Mechatronics, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering

• 4+ years of experience in automation or robotics in a customer-facing, field-based role

• Experience with PLCs (Siemens, Beckhoff, AB), Python/C programming, and system integration

• Spanish language skills are a plus
