Responsibilities:
- Support the formation of customer and partner relationships by understanding and conveying the value our radar products bring to their solutions and applications.
- Support the growth of customer and partner relationships by leading installation planning and integrations, executing deployment configuration and system tuning, and providing ongoing technical support and troubleshooting.
- Support sales and business development by answering customer questions about the product and following up in a timely manner.
- Manage relationships with existing and potential customers and partners while at demonstrations to ensure a positive impression.
- Showcase Our Client’s products by performing radar demonstrations which meet or exceed product expectations at external events, conferences, partner, and customer-sites, and by participating in post-demo data analysis and report creation.
- Support the scaling of Our Client’s customer and partner bases by developing and maintaining training materials, including application notes and user manuals.
- Help improve Our Client’s products by regularly collecting customer feedback on strengths and weaknesses and interfacing with Our Client product managers and engineers.
- Up to 50% travel may be required across North America (with some international travel possible).

Desired skills / experience:
- Experienced in coordinating efforts across teams and organizations.
- Experience deploying or operating radar systems, especially Electronically Scanning Array radars.
- Familiarity with a computer programming language, preferably Python or Matlab.
- Experience with Linux operating systems and using a Command Line Interface.
- Basic understanding of digital signal processing functions and application to various sensor modalities. Direct experience with radar signal processing a plus.
- Comfortable troubleshooting both hardware and software issues and working with customers to determine root causes of issues.
- Experience conducting basic data plotting and analysis.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor of Science degree, preferably in Engineering/Science discipline; or equivalent military or industry experience.
- 5+ years of experience in a fast-paced work environment requiring attention-to-detail and developing writing, presenting, and communication skills.
- Part 107 Pilot, or ability to complete Part 107-certification.
LOCATION: Northeast US near a hub airport (DC, New York, Philadelphia, Boston, etc. with preference given to candidates in the DC Metro Area). Candidate will require a home office arrangement.
TRAVEL: Travel as required, both air and ground; up to 50%
