Responsibilities:

  • Conduct general maintenance, including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, and appliance repairs.
  • Promptly respond to service requests, prioritizing tasks based on urgency.
  • Perform regular property inspections to address potential issues proactively.
  • Adhere to all health and safety protocols to ensure compliance.
  • Assist in preparing vacant units for new residents through turnover repairs.
  • Collaborate with the property management team and coworkers to ensure smooth operations and a positive resident experience.

Qualifications:

  • At least 2 years of maintenance experience in multifamily housing or a related field.
  • Expertise in troubleshooting and repairing plumbing, electrical systems, HVAC, and carpentry.
  • HVAC or EPA certifications are a plus.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Availability for on-call emergency maintenance needs.
