Antitrust Associate Attorney - Philadelphia

We are seeking a skilled Antitrust Associate Attorney to join our top-ranked international law firm based in Philadelphia. You will represent clients in high-stakes antitrust litigation, oversee regulatory investigations, and provide strategic counsel on compliance and risk assessment. Salary: $260,000 per year

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Handle high-stakes antitrust litigation including class actions, merger challenges, and competitor lawsuits.
  • Advise on regulatory investigations by the FTC and DOJ, spanning from merger reviews to conduct inquiries.
  • Provide strategic guidance on antitrust compliance, risk assessment, and secure regulatory approvals.
  • Draft and negotiate crucial legal documents like motions, memoranda, and settlement agreements.
  • Develop and implement defense strategies in complex antitrust cases, working closely with clients.

Minimum Position Qualifications:

  • JD from a top-tier law school with a strong academic record.
  • Active Bar Admission in Pennsylvania.
  • 3–6 years of substantive experience in antitrust litigation and/or merger clearance.
  • Experience in handling government investigations, including FTC or DOJ merger or conduct investigations.
  • Strong background in compliance and counseling related to antitrust matters.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Prior experience in a large law firm or government agency setting.
