Our client is a top financial institution with significant North American holdings. They have operations across most major verticals, including institutional & corporate, wealth management, private client, commercial banking, treasury, and retail banking.

What you will achieve in this role:

These tasks can include but not subject to:
• Segment strategy, planning and execution
• Executive and operational reporting
• Resource (internal and external) management, policies and monitoring
• Financial forecasting and budgeting
• Governance, Audit, Regulatory and Compliance Review's
• Development of policies & controls
• Building large-scale Team communications
• Understand requirements, investigate, and effectively communicate recommendations
• Work effectively with internal stakeholders to identify, escalate and collaborate regarding potential risks
• Support the continued enhancement and evolution of the Operations Team through transparent communication

What you will bring to this role:

Skills required
• Advanced Computer skills (VBA, Access Database, SQL & Tableau an asset)
• Ability to communicate at all levels of the organization
• Analyze data and distil the data into information that can be shared
• Strong leadership and management working as part of a high achieving management team
• Well-developed interpersonal skills
• Ability to demonstrate management through change, both organizationally and technically

Job Requirements:
• Post-Graduate Degree
• Strong oral and written communications skills are essential
• Should be resourceful, have strong organizational skills and work successfully with minimal supervision in a fast paced, high volume environment
• Must possess the ability to multitask; will work effectively with manager and team
• Should be conscientious and detail oriented in order to mitigate any risk to the bank
• Must demonstrate the ability to be resourceful and proactive in their approach
• Possesses strong analytical, problem solving skills and sound judgment
• Ability to quickly learn new procedures, systems and applications
• Solid Knowledge of Microsoft Office required
• Ability to take ownership of a situation
• Exhibits and encourages a positive and proactive approach toward change

Top must haves:

-University degree (MBA preferred) or college diploma- technical preferred
-Experience with consulting and communication
-Excellent communication
-Gathering requirement and be able to understand
-VBA- programming, building database
-Macros- advanced
-Business Acumen
