LOOKING FOR A DATA ANALYST: A DETAIL-ORIENTED AND ANALYTICAL INDIVIDUAL TO JOIN OUR TEAM AS AN ANALYST ON A 12-MONTH CONTRACT. THIS ROLE IS ESSENTIAL IN SUPPORTING VARIOUS CUSTOMER MASTER DATA PROCESSES, PRODUCT INFORMATION PROCESS AND CLAIMS PROCESSING, INCLUDING PRICING LOADS. THE SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE WILL DEMONSTRATE STRONG PROBLEM-SOLVING SKILLS, EXCEPTIONAL ATTENTION TO DETAIL, AND EXCELLENT COMMUNICATION ABILITIES, UTILIZING DATA AND TECHNOLOGY TO ACHIEVE OUR BUSINESS OBJECTIVES.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Create and maintain customer master data and product master data in the relevant systems, ensuring accuracy and compliance with organizational standards.
• Manage the team's shared email inbox, responding to inquiries and directing communications appropriately.
• Analyze various claims and customer master data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
• Perform data validation and quality assurance activities to ensure the integrity and reliability of data.
• Collaborate with other Business Operation teams to support data management processes and claims processing.
• Work closely with internal and external business partners to facilitate effective data exchange and resolution of issues.
• Assist in pricing load processes, ensuring accurate implementation of pricing changes in the systems.
• Manage and analyze large datasets to ensure accuracy and consistency in claim processing, data management and project support.
• Acts as master data subject matter expert; researches and resolves master data issues. Identifies areas for data quality gaps and helps to resolve data quality through error detection, correction, process control and improvement, or process design strategies
• Perform comprehensive data validation and quality checks on incoming and outgoing data.
• Conduct root – cause analysis of data issues and develop corrective measures to resolve.
• Communicate effectively and efficiently across multiple teams and work groups
• Performing data audits to identify problem areas & implementing strategies to optimize data integrity data timeliness.
• Standardizes and cleanses raw data using predefined rules as well as establishing new rules as needed.
• Perform analytical research to identify and resolve data issues affecting data sets needed in the project.
• Responsible for identifying the nature of data issues and develop solutions to resolve the issues
• Other Duties: Performs other duties and special projects as assigned and directed.

EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS
• BS/BA in business, management or related field preferred
• 3-5 years of relevant job experience.
• Proficient in a variety of applications such as Microsoft Access, Excel, Word and Power Point.
• Strong Problem-solving skills with experience in root cause analysis
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and priorities
• Experience with SAP and SAP reporting tools, such as PowerBi, .
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a Data Management role
• Experience in analytics and data management

PREFERRED SKILLS
• Working knowledge of Vistex, EDI, PowerBi
• Quick learner, with the ability to see the “big picture” and understand data inputs and outputs.
• Ability to work independently, with little or no direction.
• Think strategically, recognizing the inputs and outputs of systems and business processes.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with a focus on customer service.
