Our client is a massive player in the in the foodservices sector is currently seeking an Analyst, Data Operations for a remote permanent position.

Responsibilities:

• Make data-driven decisions to optimize and support business needs.
• Participate in training and user acceptance testing sessions.
• Partner with internal departments to resolve any data, invoicing, and reporting issues.
• Train associates on required systems and application functionality.
• Drive revenue by analyzing data, optimizing processes, and ensuring compliance.
• Assist with strategies, reporting, and implementation, as it relates to new applications.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define scope of work and document business requirements.
• Provide operational support for the deployment of system enhancements.
• Recommend innovative solutions that support business objectives.

Requirements:

• Post-secondary education in business-related studies.
• Minimum 3 years of operations experience, ideally in supply chain.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (exceptional in Excel).
• Knowledge of VBA Macros is an asset.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written)
