Ambulatory Manager Team Leader RN

Our client is seeking a transformational Team Leader to take one of their showcase clinics to new heights of patient care.

Summary:

The nursing team Leader is accountable for the delivery of safe patient care utilizing the nursing process. The RN Team Leader assess, plan delivers, coordinates, integrates, and evaluates nursing care related to the needs of the patient before, during and following the clinic encounter. Under direction and supervision by the Nurse Manager, Clinic Manager and the Medical Director, the Nursing Team Leader is responsible for coordinating nursing and daily clinic operations. Will assist in the Development of systems that maximize patient convenience and provider efficiency. In addition, the Nursing Team Leader will assist with Departmental Performance Improvement activities.

Education:

  • Associate of Science Nursing.

Education equivalent experience:

  • Graduation from an accredited Baccalaureate Professional Nursing Program preferred.
  • Graduation from an accredited Associate or Diploma Nursing Program Required.

Other information:

  • Two to Three years of nursing experience required, with 1-2 years of years of relevant experience in the area of practice in the ambulatory setting.
  • Leadership experience is preferred.

Credentials:

Essential:

  • Basic Life Support.
  • RN License.
