Business Development Manager needed for rapidly growing aluminum company.

CDP Solutions has been in business for more than 16 years and has been retained to identify a full-time Business Development Manager for a metal fabrication company.

This is a remote position and would require someone to work out of a home office. This is an individual contributor position where the Business Development Manager is just focused on growing new business. The Business Development Manager comes with a strong base salary and lucrative commission program.

This individual contributor position is focused on acquiring new business in sectors/industries such as:

• Heavy Truck
• Power Sports / Recreational Vehicles
• Agriculture
• Rail

Compensation

Our client offers a strong base salary compensation plan, plus a commission program.

Salary: $150,000 - $200,000 or higher

Commission: $150,000 - $300,000 or higher

Total compensation $300,000 - $500,000
