We are excited to partner with one of the world’s largest AND fastest-growing technology resellers in seeking an Enterprise Account Executive who will collaborate with the VP, Payments and the rest of the management team as required, and develop and implement the business development strategy, sales plan, and forecasts for the Payments Business Unit.

What You'll Do

  • Identifies potential new business opportunities in the payments space, converts into clients, and continues to grow the business.
  • Improves Payments Business Unit market position in the payments space.
  • Defines long-term organization strategic goals; builds key customer relationships, identifies business opportunities, negotiates and closes business deals, and maintains extensive knowledge of the current market conditions.
  • In a senior sales position, works with the Payments team including, sales staff, marketing staff, and other staff to increase sales opportunities and maximize revenue.
  • Develops strong working relationships with the payment industry OEM manufacturers, e.g., BBPOS, Castle Technologies, Equinox, ID Tech, Ingenico, Innowi, TeamSable, PAX, Verifone, et al, traveling as necessary to meet in person.
  • Manages existing accounts, as assigned.
  • Works with Marketing Department to develop a unit-specific marketing plan.
  • Works with Marketing Department to help design customer facing portals and web stores.
  • Works with Marketing Department to update Group’s payment website to reflect the offerings of the Payments Business Unit.
  • Works with Marketing Department to strengthen Group’s role as a thought leader and to increase Group’s brand recognition in the payments space.
  • Works with, supports, and adds knowledge to payments engineering staff.
  • Develop trade show budget and attend trade shows as needed.
  • Works with Director of Operations – Louisville Facility to ensure the Company has the necessary support staff and technologies to meet the needs of the Mobile Payments Business Unit.
  • Develops sales documentation including but not limited to spreadsheets, correspondence, sales proposals, presentations, and sales forecast sheets.
  • Participates in CRM, NAV, and NetSuite training and uses these as the primary business development tools.
  • Develops and maintain knowledge of POSDATA Group products, product support, and logistics capabilities.

What You'll Need

Must be willing to travel approximately 30% to 40% of the time.

  • Some college training; BA degree preferred.
  • Five years’ experience in the payments industry.
  • Willingness to travel for business purposes.
  • Demonstrated ability to make successful presentations to individuals and/or groups at all levels of an organization.
  • Strong organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
  • Ability to manage priorities and workflow.
  • Acute attention to detail.
  • Commitment to excellence and high standards.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
