About the role:
Our client is on the search for an experienced Alliance Executive to join their US team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and building long-term successful relationships with their key partners and developing structured opportunities to implement the Company's solutions with their clients. As an Alliance Executive, you will be responsible for developing and implementing channel sales strategies to drive an increase in partner sales revenues.

Experience with First Responders, FEMA, Private Ambulance, EMS is IDEAL!

Main responsibilities:

  • Build and manage sales opportunities with the partners, providing an accurate and updated sales funnel
  • Define and deliver the overall partner strategy
  • Track, report, and optimize the performance of partnerships
  • Coordinate sales training for partner onboarding and assist with ensuring that the partner sales organizations stay up to speed with changes that may take place with Company products
  • Coordinate ongoing deal support to help close new opportunities at identified resellers including pricing requests, resource coordination, and other partner management activities
  • Establish Company products as the partner’s preferred solution

Requirements:
  • 5-8 years of proven experience in a similar position in emergency services technology a big plus
  • Experience working and communicating with multiple stakeholders and cross-functional teams
  • Strong presentation skills and the ability to articulate complex concepts to cross-functional audiences
  • Strong program management skills with a focus on delivering scalable programs supporting hundreds of customers/partners
  • Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to excel in a team-oriented atmosphere
  • Motivated and goal-oriented
  • Strong customer service orientation and ability to develop and maintain relationships
