What you will be doing:

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing key accounts while identifying new business opportunities.
• Provide agronomic solutions and recommendations to maximize crop nutrition and farm profitability.
• Build and execute strategic prospecting plans to increase sales with dealers and forecast future growth.
• Support dealers in creating and implementing marketing strategies to enhance market share.
• Achieve revenue, market share, and product mix targets through consultative sales and customer service.

A successful candidate for this Agriculture Sales Representative will possess the following:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Agriculture, Business, or a related field (or equivalent industry experience).
• Strong agronomic knowledge with expertise in crop nutrition and farm management practices.
• Proven sales experience with a track record of developing new accounts and growing business.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, along with strong problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating with a team to meet sales objectives.
• You must be comfortable working with farmers, retailers and distributors.

Compensation: Base salary ranging from $75,000 to $130,000, depending on experience and qualifications

Desired Location: Candidates must reside within the territory (Missouri or Kansas), ideally in the Kansas City area
