We are looking for an Agile Program Manager to work for our client. The ideal candidate aligns with the responsibilities and qualifications outlined below.

This is a great opportunity for an experienced program management professional to lead complex, data-driven initiatives, in a fully remote role based out of Columbus, OH.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end program management for complex, cross-functional initiatives
• Apply Agile/Scrum methodologies to plan, execute, and deliver program workstreams
• Manage data and analytics initiatives, ensuring alignment across technical and business teams
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives
• Track program-level risks, dependencies, and milestones, escalating issues as needed
• Partner with stakeholders across the organization to align priorities and expectations
• Develop and maintain program reporting, dashboards, and status updates for leadership
• Coach and support Scrum teams in continuous improvement of Agile practices

Qualifications

• 7+ years of project/program management experience
• 3-5 years of experience working within Agile/Scrum environments
• Experience managing data and analytics initiatives strongly preferred
• Relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, CSM, SAFe) a plus
• Strong organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and complex programs in a fully remote environment
