Position Overview

Our client is seeking an Agentic Full Stack Developer who views AI as a true engineering force multiplier—not simply an autocomplete tool. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience leveraging AI coding agents to accelerate software delivery while maintaining exceptional code quality, architecture, and engineering standards.

This is a high-impact individual contributor role for someone who enjoys solving complex technical challenges, shipping production-ready software, and influencing how engineering teams effectively integrate AI into their development workflows.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and deliver full-stack software features by effectively leveraging AI coding agents.

  • Build scalable, maintainable applications using modern backend and frontend technologies.

  • Resolve technical issues and contribute to ongoing platform enhancements.

  • Create clean, modular, and agent-friendly code with well-defined boundaries and abstractions.

  • Evaluate and validate AI-generated code to ensure quality, security, and maintainability.

  • Mentor team members on best practices for human-AI collaboration and AI-assisted development.

  • Help establish internal AI development workflows, tooling, and engineering standards.

  • Collaborate across engineering teams to continuously improve development velocity and product quality.

Required Qualifications

AI Agent Experience (Primary)

Demonstrated hands-on experience using AI coding assistants such as:

  • Claude Code

  • Cursor

  • GitHub Copilot

  • Cline

  • OpenCode

The ideal candidate will have experience:

  • Knowing when to trust AI-generated code and when manual intervention is required.

  • Breaking down complex engineering problems into AI-friendly tasks.

  • Using large language models for:

    • Code generation

    • Debugging

    • Refactoring

    • Documentation

    • Test creation

Technical Experience

Backend

  • Java 21+

  • Spring Boot

  • PostgreSQL

  • MongoDB

  • Redis

  • AWS

Frontend

  • Angular

  • TypeScript

  • NgRx

  • Real-time streaming technologies (WebRTC and/or HLS)

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with AI agent frameworks such as LangChain or CrewAI

  • Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) implementations

  • Experience building production AI-enabled applications

  • Strong software architecture and system design skills

  • Passion for emerging AI technologies and modern engineering practices
