Key Responsibilities
- Perform customized facial treatments in accordance with spa protocols
- Deliver and assist with advanced aesthetic services, including HydraFacial treatments and microneedling
- Conduct thorough skin consultations and create personalized treatment plans
- Recommend and sell retail skincare products aligned with client goals
- Maintain impeccable treatment room hygiene and compliance with safety standards
- Build strong, long-term client relationships through trust, education, and results
- Uphold the spa’s luxury service standards and brand values
Required Education and Training
- Licensed or Certified Aesthetician (as required by local regulations)
- Experience with HydraFacial and microneedling is strongly preferred
- Solid understanding of skin physiology, conditions, and treatment protocols
- Confident in client education and retail recommendations
- Professional, polished, and warm bedside manner
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail
- An aesthetician who treats every client like a VIP
- Results-driven approach rather than cookie-cutter treatments
- Comfort working in a luxury, performance-based environment
- Sales confidence without being pushy
