We are seeking a highly motivated Aerospace Test Engineer to support component testing and data analysis for cutting-edge aerospace systems for a 6-12+ month contract (with the potential for extension or conversion to a permanent position) located onsite in Kent, WA. In this role, you will work with high-pressure gas, cryogenic, actuated, and hydraulic systems, contributing to the development of next-generation spaceflight technologies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct and analyze component and system-level testing, ensuring compliance with engineering requirements.

  • Operate and troubleshoot high-pressure gas, cryogenic, actuated, and hydraulic systems.

  • Design, fabricate, and execute test setups and fixtures for various aerospace components.

  • Implement scalable testing procedures to support production ramp-up and rate manufacturing.

  • Work cross-functionally with engineering, production, and leadership teams to support test planning, execution, and data analysis.

  • Ensure safety and quality in all testing operations.

  • Utilize sensors, instrumentation, and data acquisition systems for precise test measurements.

Required Qualifications:

  • B.S. degree or higher in Mechanical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, or a related field.

  • 1+ years of experience in component testing and data analysis.

  • Exposure to high-pressure gas, cryogenic, actuated, and hydraulic systems.

  • U.S. citizenship, permanent residency (Green Card holder), or refugee/asylum status required.
