CBIZ Talent & Compensation Solutions is recruiting for an Advisory Services Director in Boston.

Responsibilities

• Lead/direct/conduct M&A due diligence projects
• Craft complex financial models
• Analyze challenging multi-entity financial statements
• Forensically assess operating and cash-flow forecasts
• Prepare and analyze rolling cash-flow reports
• Prepare and present “deep dive and root cause” analysis to clients
• Mitigate purchase price risks derived from business case analytics
• Present strategic findings to client engagement management teams.
• Business Development success within the Boston market arena.

Qualifications & Requirements

• CPA certification is required for consideration
• MBA is strongly preferred
• Expertise within the public accounting sector coupled with both financial modeling and client facing M&A presentations are required for consideration.

This compensation range is specific to certain locations and takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs.

Compensation for this role will ideally be between $200-240k+b
