Position: Administrator/Receptionist
Location: Stuart, FL
Compensation: $50,000 - $60,000 (Based on experience)

We are seeking a highly organized and friendly Administrator/Receptionist to join our team in Stuart, FL. The ideal candidate will be a professional multitasker, responsible for providing administrative support, managing front desk operations, and ensuring smooth daily operations. Key Responsibilities:

  • Front Desk Management:

    • Greet and assist visitors, clients, and vendors in a professional and friendly manner.
    • Answer and direct phone calls, take messages, and manage inquiries efficiently.
  • Administrative Support:

    • Provide general office support, including filing, data entry, scheduling, and document management.
    • Assist with coordinating meetings, appointments, and events for staff and clients.
    • Handle office supplies inventory and place orders as needed.
  • Communication & Coordination:

    • Serve as a liaison between departments, clients, and external partners to ensure smooth communication.
    • Prepare and distribute correspondence, memos, and reports as required.
  • Record Keeping:

    • Maintain organized filing systems, both physical and digital.
    • Assist with processing and organizing important documents and contracts.
  • Other Duties:

    • Perform other administrative tasks as assigned by management.
    • Help support team members in various day-to-day operational needs.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience as an administrator, receptionist, or in a similar role is preferred.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and general office equipment.
  • Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively.
  • Professional demeanor with a customer-focused attitude.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Compensation & Benefits:
