Administrator - SNF - CLOSED
Morgan Hunter HealthSearch has an immediate opportunity for an Administrator with a 99-bed SNF, which has recently been integrated into a 107-bed, non-profit acute care hospital. While the ultimate need is for a permanent, they are open to interim or interim-to-permanent. The facility operates at near capacity and there is still much to do in terms of integrating the SNF into the overall structure of the hospital.
The administrator is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the nursing home, including managing staff, developing and implementing policies and procedures, and ensuring compliance with all state and federal regulations. In addition to guaranteeing the highest degree of care is provided to patients and residents, the administrator must be in accordance with the California Department of Public Health policies and procedures.
