Administrative Assistant/Office Assistant
Our client has a need for an Administrative Assistant/Office Assistant that is open to assist with some accounting (Accounts Payable) and Human Resources!
The Administrative Assistant will be responsible for the following:
Answering the phone, opening and sorting the mail and various office duties like ordering office supplies and working with vendors and building maintenance.
Making travel arrangements
This role will also be responsible for process accounts payable including expense reports and assisting Human Resources.
