Job Description
Job Location: Salt Lake-Moanalua | Compensation: $22-23/hour |
Employment Type: Temp to Hire - Full Time | Work Schedule: Monday-Friday 8am-4:30pm |
Key Responsibilities:

Answer and direct phone calls.

Greet visitors using company protocol for Covid.

Handle administrative requests from management

Take detailed minutes at meetings. Book travel arrangements

Assist with planning of company functions.

Excellent writing skills for documents and correspondence Create and update excel spreadsheets.

Maintain filing system for hard copy and soft copy documents.

Ordering of office supplies, promotional items.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Must have a reliable transportation (Parking provided)
- Upon approval to join as a temp to hire, antigen test (home test) required the morning of start date
- Must be proficient in MS Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Teams Meeting
